Terms & Conditions – MJEES
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mjees.com website and the purchase of products from our platform. By accessing the website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. General
MJEES reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
All images and content on the site are the property of MJEES and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
2. Orders
Orders placed on mjees.com are subject to product availability.
MJEES reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons such as stock unavailability, payment verification failure, or pricing errors.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. However, our team can assist with cancellations if requested within 24 hours of order placement.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments via Cash on Delivery and bank transfers (where available).
Any promotional or discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied after the order is placed.
4. Shipping
Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days depending on your location.
Delivery charges are Rs. 199 nationwide. Occasionally, we offer free shipping during promotional periods.
MJEES is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen external factors.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 07 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags intact.
All returns should be sent to:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
6. Refunds
MJEES does not offer cash refunds. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit/coupons, valid for future purchases.
In case of stock unavailability after payment, a full refund or store credit will be issued based on customer preference.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or offer compensation after validating the claim with photos or evidence.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the website or submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
Any fraudulent activity or abuse of discount codes may lead to order cancellation or account suspension.
9. Intellectual Property
All product designs, branding, and content on the MJEES platform are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
